I am Design Strategy Director at Studio 24, in lovely Cambridge, England.

I used to be the Head of Web Design at Red Gate Software.

Before that I was the Creative Director at Studio 24.
(I enjoyed that so much, I'm back there now.)

My design school was record covers, punk flyers and skateboard graphics. I still love that stuff.

Web design should be user-focused, inclusive and pleasing to use.

I think great design needs a lot of listening, discussing, thinking and tea.
